Refund policy
You can try the Wedding Command Center with a straightforward 30-day refund promise.
30 days to decide
If the Command Center is not right for you, request a full refund within 30 calendar days after your purchase. You do not need to give a reason, and using the planner does not disqualify you.
How to request it
Email genstiemedia@gmail.com within 30 calendar days of purchase. Include the email used at checkout so we can find your order; you do not need to explain why. Please do not send your card number. We will locate the charge and issue the refund through Stripe to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
What happens afterward
A refunded purchase no longer includes access to the paid Command Center. The free budget tool remains available. If you need your wedding details, download a backup before requesting a refund. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
